Malina Dawn (She/They)
Malina shares breathwork from an indigenous + yoga philosophy perspective as well as an understanding of the nervous system. The way she weaves these ways of knowledge together through the breath allows the student to be restored, refreshed and even deeply transformed by the practice. She knows breath is a way to get connected to your body, heart and soul and to create from that place. With her strength based trauma informed understandings, she shares the breath practice in a way that makes it accessible and safe for all bodies. Her goal is for students to go into their bodies in with great awareness, courage, curiosity and choice so they can access the expansion, healing and liberation that they are currently ready for. Her practice is described by many as gentle but deeply powerful at the same time.
