Nadege Laure
Nadege Laure is a poet, author of Poems for Soulful Living, mentor in introspective practices who guides people at a crossroads reconnect with their essence and find peace. Drawing from her background in education, mindfulness, forest bathing (sylvotherapy) and Yin Yoga, she weaves together nature immersion, meditation, journaling, and poetry to help women access their inner wisdom and authentic voice, so that they can rise with clarity and courage.
Deeply influenced by her time in the forest and silent meditation retreats, Nadege’s work invites you to slow down, listen inwardly, and rediscover the quiet guidance of your soul. She believes the natural world is not only a place of restoration but also a powerful mirror for creativity, reflection, and transformation.
Through workshops, retreats, and speaking engagements, Nadege creates soulful spaces where participants can pause, sync with nature’s rhythms, and allow their stories, insights, and creativity to emerge organically.
