This policy governs information collected from users/attendees of any festivals produced by Janelle Hardy, including the Healing Through Writing Festival.
I collect personal identification from attendees, most significantly through e-mail newsletter subscriptions and event sign up, in order to community with festival attendees. This information is only collected voluntarily (ie: when you sign up).
This information is used to:
To provide and improve customer service
To personalize user experience
To send periodic emails via event host Janelle Hardy’s newsletter
I will never sell, trade, rent or share your personal information with others.

By enrolling in the Festival, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not enroll in the Festival.

Usage License
Using the materials related to the Festival as a free attendee or as an All Access Pass holder does not give you the right to modify, copy, sell or use the materials including presentations for any commercial purpose, for for any public display.
Should this happen, your usage license will be automatically terminated and you may be subject to copyright violation laws.
Limitations
In no event shall the Festival be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Festival’s website, even if the Festival or an authorized agent of the Festival has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
