Stasia Savasuk
Stasia Savasuk is a somatic educator, certified life coach, TEDx speaker, and founder of Style School, where she helps women untangle shame and rebuild a kinder relationship with their bodies. For years, Stasia believed her body was the problem. It turns out, the real problem was shame. Today, she teaches women to move out of body criticism and into curiosity, connection, and self-trust. One of her favorite reminders: you have a good body that does good body things. Our bodies are constantly speaking through sensation—telling us when we’re thirsty, hungry, sad, angry, or delighted. Through practices like writing, reflection, and embodied awareness, Stasia helps women strengthen that relational channel so the old habit of objectifying the body finally loses its grip.
