Taunē Lyons (She/Her)

Taunē is a therapist, SEP, facilitator, and writer whose work explores how we come back into relationship with our whole selves after trauma, psychological abuse, and disconnection.

She integrates present awareness, attachment theory, and expressive writing to help people move from analysis into lived, embodied experience. In her work, writing becomes a doorway back to the body and each other, an invitation to listen with our full selves, rebuild trust in one’s perceptions, and rediscover interconnected wisdom.

Her work centers on inner connection, relational healing with humans and non-humans, as well as the small moments of everyday awe that help us to remember who and what we are. She writes through her project Coming to Our Senses and offers classes and consultations for other helping professionals.
