taunē lyons

taunē is a somatic therapist, writer, and facilitator who helps contemplative folks, artists, cycle breakers and change-makers move from insight to embodied transformation.

Drawing from depth psychology, attachment theory, and trauma-informed somatic practices, her work explores how embodiment and expressive arts can serve as a portal to self-connection, nervous system healing, and personal / collective liberation.

Her approach integrates nonviolent communication, myth, and body-based awareness to support individuals in untangling from internalized narratives of control, gaslighting, and disconnection.

taunē specializes in working with people who no longer want to enact emotionally abusive relationships (of all kinds), the neurodiverse, those seeking to heal unhealthy intergenerational patterns, and all who seem to reclaim and express their inner voice.

In addition to private practice, they write and teach on embodiment, interconnection, and the power of storytelling as a tool for healing.
